A bunch of shots from a small plane cemetery, or graveyard, somewhere in Norway
Next to a small airfield somewhere in Norway I found five abandoned planes left to decay. Most of the interiors, propeller blades and motors had been removed, but I still enjoyed photographing the small ghost planes. A few planes still had seats. I don’t know how long they have been here, but I have seen pictures of some of the planes in operation in 2007. The blue plane is a Piper PA-23-250 Apache. At least one of the other aircrafts was involved in an accident, and that’s probably why the planes is disused.
I have removed the callsigns and identification marks on planes in the pictures. It would be to easy to find the location of this gem just by Googling the callsigns. But maybe you will find another clue?
Now, here are a bunch of pictures from the place. Perhaps to many, but I just found them all very interesting. 🙂
