The first time we tried to reach this place we had to give up. The road leading to the top of the small mountain with the abandoned lodge and ski slope was so icy and slippery that it was impossible to walk on. But a while later the ice was gone and on second attempt the 2.5 km walk up to to the place was piece of cake. The road could be drivalbe if it wasnt for the roadblock at the bottom. I understand why they want to keep people away. The buildings was badly damaged by vandals and all the windows was smashed. I also read in a newspaper that the large porch on the side had been pulled away from the building with a rope attached to a car a while ago.

Next to ski slope was a ski rental. I find it quite amazing that there was lots of skiis and boots still here. I guess they were to out of date for people to bother stealing them. On the counter was a calendar from 1984.

The place was buildt in th 1967 at 691m above sea level. It accommodated for overnight guests and had cafe serving until the fall of 2008. Then it was shut down. The inside was pretty messed up. Lots of broken glass everwhere. When we walked around inside the building we could several times hear people outside talking. A few times we thought other people was in the building too but that was not the case. It was hunters and people walking around in the woods for exercise. We heard they kept saying that it was sad how this once popular place has become such a ruin in the state of decay.
